Virginia has designed and offered hundreds of presentations and keynotes covering topics designed to move individuals and organizations to the next level.  Her latest project is a special 8-week program designed to coach young adults in high school and college to develop and implement a core life plan that will assist them in living a life of success based upon their core values, their talents and skills, and their leadership and followership potential.

Virginia is the creator of SeaTraining©, designed to provide “getaways” on ships to those who need a place to get away from the noise of the world to think and learn and enhance their talents and skills.  She also created God’s Girlfriends™ and takes women on retreats to build Master Mind Groups to support dreams and passions.
